We ship all orders you place on our website. We ship to all US States. Please contact us directly if you are outside of the US and would like to purchase Sea of Change products.

We are committed to shipping your order within three days (usually less!). If we cannot do so, we will contact you to determine whether you would like to wait or be refunded. We ship via UPS Ground or USPS. Orders under $50 are assessed a flat $5.99 shipping fee. Orders over $50 receive free shipping! Yay!

Your orders are shipped using recyclable/re-usable paper, recyclable/re-usable boxes and/or non-recyclable packing material we ourselves have received and are re-using. Please continue to re-use the packing materials and save the world from more unnecessary waste!

Returns/Refunds

Didn’t get what you expected? The best thing to do is contact us directly.We will do everything we can to make sure you are satisfied with our products!

You may return any items you are dissatisfied with by mail within 14 days of receiving them. Returns should be shipped to the return address listed on your initial order. Returns should include original packaging. Return shipping fees are your responsibility. You will need to include a copy of your original receipt that was emailed to you after you placed your order as well as a short description of the reason for return. Once we receive the returned items, we will either replace your purchase or refund your purchase by the same method you used as payment (PayPal or credit card).
