Garnish of Flaked Wakame and Flaked Dulse Deepen Flavor

We add flaked wakame and flaked dulse to deepen flavor. Here, wild wakame flakes and wild dulse flakes are added to homemade sauerkrauts. Wild dulse salt is added to sour cream.

Try adding to baked potatoes, salads, or a quinoa bowl.
